In late 2019, the Cloudsplitter Foundation initiated a new Grants Advisor program to help area nonprofits strengthen their grants programs and bring in funding from outside the region. As an Adirondack region nonprofit or municipality, your organization is eligible to apply to be one of the participant organizations in this assistance program. The Advisor will help each nonprofit to write, research, cultivate, and/or track the grants that they do during the 18 months of the program (July 2023 – Dec. 2024), especially seeking sources outside the Adirondacks to which you can apply. We are particularly interested in seeking participants who will pursue medium size-large grants ($25,000 or more). The program also offers limited information about how to do individual fundraising. Note, due to the high volume of grant applications we have received in recent rounds, Cloudsplitter will begin closing the application on the website once we have received our fixed number of applicants. To maximize the possibility that you will be included in consideration, we would advise you get your application in well before the grants deadline.
